Hello I know you have a lot of customers so I don’t expect you to remember me.  I live in Murray, KY and you sent out a crew last spring to fix my basement.  I have waited this long to contact you because I wanted to make sure that it was not going to leak again under the worst conditions.  Well, I’m confident now after having quite a few storms since the work was completed.  My wife and I no longer dread going to the basement after a week of rain, expecting to see water creeping in and the musky odor that always followed. Now when we go down to the basement it’s just like the rest of the house.  I hated that basement for 16 years due to its’ leaks.
