Master Services encapsulated a crawlspace in Bean Station, TN. An encapsulation system is important to prevent water damage, mold, rot, odors, and pests. Even better, it creates extra storage space.
Master Services recently completed a project in La Follette, TN, where we focused on safeguarding against water damage, mold growth, decay, unpleasant smells, and pest infestations by encapsulating the crawlspace. To achieve this, we installed our reliable CleanSpace® Wall system, which was securely installed on the basement walls using meticulously drilled plastic fasteners to ensure optimal stability. Additionally, our home inspectors recommended using the Sedona dehumidifier to efficiently regulate moisture levels and prevent the growth of mold. These two systems work together harmoniously to create an ideal environment in the crawlspace, effectively managing moisture and mold.
In LaFollette, TN, a homeowner reached out to Master Services to enhance a crawlspace previously encapsulated with inferior materials by the home builder. Over time, issues like water pooling and mold formation arose due to elevated humidity and the abundance of organic material, particularly in the wooden beams. To tackle this, we opted for the reliable CleanSpace® Wall system. This system not only reduces crawlspace humidity but also improves overall home air quality by preventing water or vapor infiltration. Additionally, we sealed any vents to the outside and installed our Sedona dehumidifier, thus creating a controlled environment inside the crawlspace. With this encapsulation and our dehumidifier, the area is now protected from water infiltration and humidity.
An individual who owns a property in Oneida, Tennessee contacted us regarding the state of their crawlspace. The area had not been properly sealed and waterproofed, and there were some beams that had begun to sag. To address these issues, we proposed our CleanSpace moisture barrier solution, which would guarantee the crawlspace stays clean and, most importantly, dry. Furthermore, we installed some SmartJacks to provide support to the weakened parts of the crawlspace. This solution can be adjusted to provide additional reinforcement if needed.
The Master Services team visited a flooded crawlspace in Elizabethton, TN. There was considerable flooding, but we were able to install both a sump pump and encapsulation system to combat moisture damage and mold, mildew, and rot.
To ensure professional installation and superior service we carefully created an international network of over 350 trusted basement contractors.
