Master Services recently completed a project in Roan Mountain, TN, with the goal of safeguarding against water damage, mold growth, decay, odors, and pests by encapsulating the crawlspace. This home had a challenging irregular soil with dirt and large rocks. Our approach involved installing the reliable CleanSpace® system, securely attaching it to the crawlspace walls using carefully drilled fasteners to ensure maximum stability. As a result, the area now serves as an additional clean storage space, providing added functionality for the homeowner.

This crawlspace near Elgin, TN wasn't in optimum shape. It lacked an encapsulation system, leaving it vulnerable to mold, mildew, rot, pests, foul odors, and other nasty problems. Our team installed our CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to protect the walls from damage, as well as one of our sump pump systems. 

Master Services recently completed a crawlspace encapsulation and waterproofing project in Jefferson City, TN. The homeowner had previously encapsulated the crawlspace with a plastic sheet that failed to prevent mold development and water infiltration. Our team assessed the situation and recommended a comprehensive solution to protect the home.We started by thoroughly cleaning the crawlspace. Next, we installed a durable vapor barrier along the walls and floor to seal out moisture, preventing mold growth and keeping the crawlspace dry.

To further safeguard the area, we installed a reliable sump pump system to handle any water intrusion. Additionally, we added a dehumidifier to maintain optimal humidity levels, ensuring the crawlspace remains dry and the air quality is improved.
