Richard and Debbie M. just bought their home 3 months ago and have standing water around the edge of their crawl space. This is the first home they have lived in with a crawlspace and want to make sure they take care of it, so they don’t have issues in the future. This homeowner had a moisture level of over 80%! This means that the water in the air was causing the wood under his home to start to rot away, and the wet ground was shifting the concrete portions of his foundation, resulting in sinking and bouncy floors!
