This Nexus Pro injection was done on the outside edges of a pool in Piperton, TN. The pool was surrounded by masonry stone, which then had a small joint space before it met the concrete slabs of the patio. This joint space was previously filled with sub-par joint sealant (as seen in the "Before" shot). The homeowners asked the Redeemers to correct the previous joint sealant, to which we injected Nexus Pro, leaving their pool and patio flawless (as seen in the after shot)!!!  

Shane, Courtney, and Buford took on this PolyLEVEL job for a front walkway in Collierville, TN! The homeowner began to realize the front sidewalk and walkway leading to her house was not only settling but was also creating a trip hazard for her neighbors. The Redeemers were able to complete her project, leaving her sidewalk level once again, almost as if it was brand new!! As seen in the before pictures, the biggest settling came from the very first piece of concrete, which had settled at least an inch or two. Elizabeth N. of Collierville, TN needed our help.  The bricks above her garage lintel were separating.  There were stair-step cracks and the bricks were pulling away from the home. Severe structural decay and crawlspace moisture had caused dangerous floor sagging in a Collierville master bedroom. We restored safety by replacing rotted joists, beams, and subflooring, and stabilizing the home with full crawlspace encapsulation.

Structural Failure Threatened Safety in the Master Bedroom

This project centered on a rapidly worsening structural problem beneath a master bedroom and bathroom in Collierville, TN. The homeowner reached out after a neighbor recommended our work, noting that the bedroom floor had begun sagging months earlier—an issue he knew would only progress. During inspection, we confirmed severe “smiling” of the floor caused by extensive rot in the subfloor, support joists, and the main beam beneath the master suite. Moisture inside the crawlspace had accelerated decay to the point that the homeowner feared his wife could fall through the floor when stepping out of bed. Additional damage was discovered between the living room and kitchen, where a past water leak had left the subfloor and a section of main beam completely deteriorated.

A Comprehensive Structural Rebuild and Crawlspace Encapsulation

To fully correct the problem, we removed and rebuilt the entire master bedroom subfloor along with five feet of the adjoining bathroom floor. This required temporary removal of the corner shower and vanities, while the homeowner handled furniture and closet clearance in advance. We replaced rotted joists, installed new 2x10 sisters for reinforcement, and rebuilt subflooring—including the 4x8 section between the kitchen and living room—to restore structural integrity. Alongside this reconstruction, we addressed the root cause: extreme crawlspace moisture. Full encapsulation, paired with a Sedona dehumidifier and sump pump (supported by two 110V, 20-amp GFI outlets), was installed to eliminate moisture, protect new lumber, and stop future mold growth.
