The work crew showed up as scheduled, explained the repair process, asked if I had any questions, and then started the repair. They repaired all defects in the project area. They were professional and very friendly, and the finished repair looked excellent. I am very pleased. The repair took only 2 1/2 hours. 

What made us go with your company was Redeemer's Group's ability to provide flexible financing options. Competition was not willing to facilitate any financing options whatsoever. After the first visit and repair, the team acted with such professionalism, it was no question who I would use for my second repair.

Two men were sent to Jonesboro to place piers under our porch and I’ve never seen such hard working, polite individuals. They even worked until almost 8 one night and cleaned up the yard when they left. I highly recommend them!

The crews were AWESOME! The first crew Jet & Jed, explained and invited us to watch the whole pillars installation! That was freaking Amazing! The second crew Aaron, Venny, & Tristian also explained the Poly process and I was able to see the cracks actually close right before my eyes! That was also Freaking Amazing! When I tell you these guys knew their stuff, these guys knew their STUFF! All were VERY FRIENDLY and easy to talk to! Philip and his crew were the best. We found that my house had a little quirk that changed the process that had to be used and he explained to me why the change in process was needed which necessitated a reschedule. (I chose you, because) I saw the company at the home show and the cost of the work was substantially less than what another company quoted me.    

Redeemers Group came out and looked over my home for possible problems. The representative, Nick, was very thorough and explained everything.
