A home in Montpelier, Vermont was getting water in the basement.  The homeowner reached out to Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems for a permanent solution.  Matt's team of experts installed a WaterGuard System paired with a SuperSump Pump.  The WaterGuard will collect any water that may enter the basement and bring it to the SuperSump Pump.  The SuperSump Pump will then pump the water out of the basement to a discharge line away from the home.  The homeowner now can enjoy a permanently dry basement.

An industry leading contractor hired Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems to insulate another one of their large commercial properties.  The company has worked many times with Northern Basement System and knows they can count on them to deliver an exceptionally high level of quality work, done in a timely manner.  Northern Basement Systems sprayed closed-cell polyurethane foam through out the entire building.  Using closed-cell spray foam creates a highly insulated building assembly that's also free of energy-wasting air leaks. Hit with the burden of water entering their basement and a nasty humid environment, a company contacted the experts at Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.  After a free estimate, a plan was put in place to permanently stop the water.  Matt Clark's team of highly skilled and trained professional installers installed a full perimeter water guard system teamed up with a  Super Sump Plus and a state-of-the-art Sedona SaniDry Dehumidifier.  

This Montpelier homeowner was experiencing water in the 1st level of her raised ranch, causing damage to her home and belongings. She was in search of a solution to eliminating water in her home and found Northern Basement System. She met with one of our System Design Specialist to develop a specific solution to meet her needs. Our Installation Specialist team first removed the drywall and carpet in the finished portion of the home to gain access to the foundation. Next, they installed a partial WaterGuard Drainage System to collect the water that's outside the foundation. To complete the waterproofing system, our team installed a SuperSump Plus Premier Sump Pump System. The SuperSump Plus System includes a primary pump and secondary pump to protect the space from water in the event of pump failure or severe water. Lastly, our installation specialist installed a discharge line with an IceGuard to protect against a frozen discharge line and a LawnScape Outlet to disperse the water onto the lawn.
