Looking to turn their nasty, wet crawl space into a dry area, the owners of a camp in Center Harbor, New Hampshire, hired Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems to accomplish the task at hand.  Northern Basement Systems encapsulated the crawl space of the camp with a vapor barrier and installed a Smart Drain.

To provide a crawlspace in Newport, Vermont, with an excellent vapor barrier and waterproofing, Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems installed a clean space encapsulation system with a sump pump and dehumidifier.

The homeowner called with a concern about the moisture in the basement that was moving its way up into the house. We installed a SmartDrain, a CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation system with drainage matting under the liner, and lastly installed a SaniDry unit to limit moisture in the crawlspace.
