Several years ago The Drying Company worked on my house after a leakage problem and as part of the repairs installed a contained system in my crawl area. At the time the service was conducted under the supervision of Tony Williams. He did an exceptional job and I thoroughly enjoyed his attitude and dedication to the project. He was especially considerate of our concerns over the water damage and assured us that all would be well with repairs and the new system. Since then, we have had several service men go down into the crawl area and all have been complimentary of the work done. Last week I had requested an inspection from Orkin for termites and when the serviceman went into the crawl area would not certify that it was free of infestation because the membrane up the sides of the walls did not leave sufficient block area exposed. I called Tony and he discussed the situation with the Orkin rep. Tony offered to come and expose a portion of the block and header plate so the inspection could be made. The Orkin rep never responded. Tony recommended another pest service company, came out today to expose the area for inspection, which allowed the inspector to confirm that my crawl area is free of infestation and any dampness. I would like you to know that the response I received from Tony and his concern that I be satisfied with the work done by The Drying company was very much appreciated. You have a very professional and conciencious employee in Tony and as a result a very satisfied customer. Excellent! Very nice job! There was cupping in the hardwood floors because of the high humidity. We were amazed at how much the cupping was reduced after the crawl space was completed. 

We were very happy with the work of The Drying Company. Mr. Killam provided an estimate and explained the details of the various options. The job began and was completed as planned, and the quality if work was excellent. What we had done was the installation of one of their vapor barriers in our crawl space. When the house was built it was unfortunately built very low. So getting around in it is quite difficult. The height varies from a few feet to maybe as much as 4 feet in a few locations, but it is littered with obstructions. One literally has to crawl and slither in some areas to move past the sewer, water, natural gas, plumbing and HVAC systems. Despite this, the vapor barrier was neatly and cleanly installed everywhere (I went under and examined the job with care) and properly sealed to the wall. The bottom line is simple-I recommend them without reservation!

I wanted to thank you for the work that your guys did yesterday and commendthem on the professionalism they displayed.  The report I got from my wifeand father was that they were very courteous, efficient and we appreciatedthe effort they took to clean up after themselves when they were complete.I checked out the attic when I got home and feel that we received everythingwe expected.  The insulation looks very neat and thorough.
