"Matt, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share some good news and words of encouragement with you this morning. My HVAC company was out this morning to provide their fall inspection. It was the first time they've been out since the insulation work.  Before their employee went into the attic, I told him I'd had insulation work done since they were last here - just as an FYI.  After completing the inspection, the man came down from the attic, looked at me for a minute, then said "That's some of the best work I've seen."  He went on to compliment the detail of the work as well as the quality.  If that's not enough, I got my electric bill for July (first full month since the work).  Last July I used 979 kw.  This July, 548 kw. And, keep in mind, last year I was working; this year I'm home all day.  I'll be interested to see what the August bill shows. Tony: You had met with my husband regarding our two bay windows (master bedroom and master bathroom) and trying to solve our “cold” rooms attached to these bay windows.  You suggested an excellent possible solution and this past Friday,  a team of 2 men from your firm came out and completed the work you had suggested.   I am e-mailing to tell you that your solution has significantly contributed to what we now deem a problem solved!  We cannot tell you how astonished and thrilled that the temperature in our master bedroom and master bathroom has been 70 degrees since last Friday and we have removed the space heater that we’ve been using.  We both send you our sincere thanks for your thoughtful proposed solution - it has made a tremendous difference and we could not be happier!  In the 18 months since we have moved in, you were the only one to even take a closer look at the floor of the bay windows and clearly, this was a real part of the problem with letting cold air into these spaces.  Thank you!  Thank you!  Thank you! We had a great experience with The Drying Company! First, Rick Carr did a fantastic job of presenting the available options and gave us a good quote. We are also grateful your company worked with us as we waited on the HOA to approve the gutters. Secondly, your team was very prompt and courteous in keeping us informed on the date/time the installation would take place. There were no hiccups and the installation team was on time and ready to go. You have a very nice crew with great customer service mindsets. Lastly, the installation went smoothly and it looks beautiful! We have received numerous compliments from the neighborhood. Thank you for doing such a great job overall!

I had my crawl space done to help with the heat. Matt was great. He gave me an estimate months ago, but I didn't have the tax refund I thought I'd get to move forward. So we just did the work now. Matt was very thorough. He talked me through my options. I had several quotes but I went with Matt because he was confident and knew what he was doing!   The people who came out were real courteous. They did what they needed to quickly.      You all worked with my schedule. I'm very happy.

“Dear Mr. Tetreault,                 We recently had work completed in our crawl space. We had originally scheduled to have the insulation replaced and a vapor barrier installed. Another contractor was scheduled to come in and remodel our laundry room. When the contractor came in and ripped out the subflooring, he discovered problems with the floor joists. Mike O’Bier had been working with us, so we contacted him and shortly afterward had scheduled to have the floor joists replaced, as well as installation of a dehumidifier and new crawl space door. At that point, the crawl space is finished as is our laundry room. I’ve noticed an improvement in the house and I would do it again. I really appreciate all the help. My sales rep. was excellent. He spent a lot of time with us late into the evening. He watched us eat dinner, but he wouldn't eat anything though. The crew was really-really-really good. Excellent. 

Wade recently completed a very thorough and complete inspection of our crawl space equipment and environment.  He performed all the routine tasks and then informed us of all the measurements taken before and after the changes he performed.  Everything was working properly so only the regular consumables (batteries, filters, etc.) had to be changed and replaced.Wade also investigated an odd “dripping” sound he could hear at the far corner of our very large (nearly 3,000 sq ft) crawl space.  He showed me the spot and we determined that it was a small leak coming from under a first floor water closet.  I will have to pull it up and replace the wax seal under the unit.A special thank to Wade for taking the time to investigate that sound because it may have been a while before I ever discovered the problem and the potential for some real water damage.  He was also very courteous and professional and did a good job explaining the service he would provide and then explained everything he discovered and performed.  A good well done and much appreciated!

Eric has been such a thorough professional through all of the work done in our home. I definitely would like him to be recognized and commended in any way that he can be. Plans have been made for me to schedule a follow-up appointment for him to come back in April to check the levels before we have the cracks repaired and the walls repainted. We are very appreciative of the work completed and are waiting for the plumbing to be strapped; scheduled for today at some point. Happy Holidays to you and your family!

I was very impressed with the professional workmanship of the crew that completed our encapsulation under the house. They all got their individual jobs done in a timely manner, even with some small hiccups and all my questions. I could not be more pleased.
