Timothy K. of Augusta, WV, contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing our yard sign while driving by. Unaware of any local crawl space repair services, Timothy sought help for his home's humidity and musty odor issues, which were deterring visitors. Upon System Designer Kurtis Toppert's evaluation, revealing standing water in his crawl space, Timothy promptly opted for a comprehensive encapsulation.

Service Technician Spencer Stottlemyer and his team swiftly tackled the challenge, leveling the soil and installing an exterior discharge line linked to our Super Safe Premier Sump Pump System, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons per hour. They then laid our drainage matting and Clean Space vapor barrier, offering a 25-year guarantee against damage.

This client was wanting to encapsulate his crawlspace, so he called Fortress Foundation Solutions, who sent out our System Designer Chris Wilmouth. After taking a look around, Chris figured out the best solution and gave the homeowner a free estimate. Shortly after, Charlie Evans and his crew went out to finish the project. They took out all the old, torn up insulation and replaced it with our SilverGlow Insulation, and after laying down our Drainage Matting, they put our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on top to ensure that the crawlspace stays clean and dry. Our client was very satisfied with the results!

Crawl spaces can begin to smell very musty and funky if not taken care of. Our client loved the result and look of his clean, dry crawl space!

This home owner called Fortress Foundation Solutions worried because there was a musty smell throughout their home. They called our Fortress team and we sent our System Designer, Sonny, out to take a look. Sonny inspected the property and discovered water getting into their crawl space.
