The basement of this home in Blacksburg had water seeping in through the foundation with rain. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution on how to keep their basement dry.

Our System Designer, Jamey Elder, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a TripleSafe sump pump.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the TripleSafe and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will no longer have to worry about having a wet basement!

Fortress went out and installed our WaterGuard XL system along the perimeter of the basement, along with a SuperSump and a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. These products will ensure that this homeowner will never again have to worry about a wet basement!

This property is owned by a local church for community purposes. It was apparent that there was a serious water leak that the church board knew need to be addressed.
