Tackling water intrusion challenges in Alexandria, VA, our team transformed a wet basement into a fortress against moisture. As seen in the before photo, unwanted water made itself at home, revealing efflorescence behind walls. System designer, Skylar followed our mission: replace worry with wellbeing. By installing our TripleSafe Sump Pump, IceGuard, CleanSpace, SaniDry Sedona, and WaterGuard systems, we reclaimed this basement space, as showcased in the after photo. This customer called because they were ready to list their home for sale, but needed to fix the water problem in the crawl space first. They were able to quickly get an appointment with Zach Bullock who completed an inspection and provided an estimate the same day. Charlie Evans, foreman, was able to come with his crew to regrade, install EZ flow drainage pipe and a SmartSump sump pump system to keep the crawlspace dry. A dry crawl space is at the top of home buyer's lists, making this home buyer ready!

This house was experiencing water intrusion issues along the front wall of the home. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a WaterGaurd system and Super Sump + to address the issues with water coming into the front wall of the basement.
