Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, and connect that to an existing sump pump.

Upon further inspection, her realized this family had a Radon system and would need to ensure this system would not be compromised. So he included Trench Drain with Trench Lock and a radon barrier. 

Our forman, AJ Looney, along with his team soon arrived at the home to start the project. They removed the damaged wall, removed the shower, to ensure maximum protection, and began to install the WaterGuard System which comes with a Nationally backed Life of Structure warranty. The TripleSafe sump pump was installed and discharged out the back wall along with our patented IceGuard system and LawnScape system. 

This Daleville, VA home now has a Lifetime warranty from groundwater seepage everywhere our system was installed.
