This crawlspace in Grottoes was leaking and moldy. The dirt floor was covered in a thin layer of plastic that did not stop water and mud from getting in. The insulation was damp and falling down. Fortress solved these problems by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation with a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System to ensure that this crawlspace will stay clean and dry!

Drain matting was used in addition to the CleanSpace in the crawlspace to help eliminate the unwanted water that was causing the perfect environment for mold to grow in.
