This customer came to us with concerns about their flooding crawlspace that was damp and cold. To keep the heat in the house from escaping though the crawlspace, Fortress foundation solutions installed RimTight insulation. Then, Fortress installed a drainage mat and a CleanSpace liner to waterproof the crawl space and address the damp and musty issues the customer was facing. Fortress also installed a SaniDry Sedona to ensure the crawl space would always be dry. 

This customer came to Fortress Foundation Solutions with a dirty crawlspace that had poor insulation. The Fortress Team solved this problem by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation with Rim Joist and Foamax Insulations.

This crawlspace in Winchester had several issues. The insulation was falling, there was water and mud everywhere, and mold was growing. Fortress installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation with a SmartSump System to ensure the crawlspace stays clean and dry.

Our System Designer, Chris Guill, went out to assess this crawl space and recommended that the best solution would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SmartSump sump pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

This crawl space in Winchester, VA was in need of some help! The homeowners called Fortress Foundation Solutions to come take a look. Our System Designer provided a solution for an encapsulation. Our Foreman and his crew installed the products needed to transform this area. They began by leveling the crawl space, then they began to prep the perimeter of the crawl space for our EZ flow pipe. This pipe directs water to our sump where the water is then pumped out of the home. Next the crew installed the sump and began to install our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. CleanSpace protects the home from the outside elements. The final result was a water free crawl space!
