The crawl space of this home in South Boston was musty and moldy and needed some help!

Our System Designer, Chris, went out to evaluate this home and determined that the best options for this crawl space would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier and Mold X Treatment. The CleanSpace and SaniDry will stop moisture from entering the crawl space and prevent any future mold growth.

This home in South Boston, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns about the crawl space under the home. The area was very humid and was holding a lot of moisture that was causing mold. Our System Designer was able to visit with the homeowners and discuss options for encapsulation. 

Our Foreman and his crew installed our Clean Space Vapor Barrier and our SaniDry Sedona. These products work together to keep water and moisture out of the home.

After performing a full inspection, Troy presented them with a free estimate. It didn't take long for these homeowners to decide to protect their biggest investment by encapsulating their crawl space! Warren Dickerson, foreman, was sent out to install CleanSpace vapor barrier and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Soon Michael's crawl space was clean, bright, white and ready for storage! 

This home in Gaithersburg,MD had some sagging floors. These homeowners called Fortress Foundation Solutions to come out a take a look. Our System Designer, Jordan was able to go out to this home for the free estimate. Jordans solution to this issue was to Place Smart Jacks under the floor to provide extra support. Jordan also reccommended our Clen Space Vappor Barrier to protect the home from the outside elements. The final result was a clean and bright crawl space.
