Hi Carl ----- The project was completed yesterday. They team arrived about 8:15 and left around 4:30. Everything went great. Ariel was there to get things started as planned. Access to the area was mainly thru the window except the insulation boards. They parked in the driveway and used the opposite side of the house than what we had discussed. I think it overall made things a lot easier and probably saved some time. The sheeting and negative air pressure worked really well ---- there was barely any dust, if any, outside of the immediate work area. I was able to remove the Comcast box from the wall and with Juan’s help was able to remount it and hook it back up. The fix on that back wall was adjusted/changed somewhat based on what was found so there was a bit less work in that area. The Foamax insulation boards look very nice. Juan communicated well, was very helpful, and a pleasure to work with.   The entire team did a great job: Thank you to Juan, Javier, and Yeison. Thanks to Areil --- his guidance and help was greatly appreciated. And thanks to Carl who put the proposal together and addressed my many questions and concerns making this project a reality.   Overall just a very positive experience with Comfenergy/ 3 Pros. Impressive!! Thank You All!!

Our salesperson was very pleasant. He was new and a little inexperienced but he did a great job. The production crew was outstanding! They were professional and communicated with me the entire time, which I very much appreciated. 

Job was scheduled when I called. Excellent crew. Very professional. Mohammed did a great job as lead.

The crew was fast, hardworking, and cleaned up the work area. 

"Both are working great! The equipment is in the basement. From the main floor when walking up the stairs, there is a landing with a turn to go up the remaining stairs to get to bedrooms upstairs. At the landing there is a gap between the railing and the wall that faces towards front of the house. This wall contains one large window that goes from the landing of the basement stairs to the top ceiling of the house. The gap is about 6-7 inches. Before the equipment installed, we had a regular dehumidifier downstairs running constantly.  However, at the landing of the stairs between main floor and upstairs, you could always smell moisture coming from the basement through this gap. Since the new equipment installed, the smell is completely gone!   The basement is completely dry.
