My basement walls were under pressure and giving way. Alfords came in and installed helical beam supports along the entire back wall. Additionally, they updated the floor waterproofing system and installed a beautiful new sump pump. It's so clean and dry and nice in my basement that I am the envy of the neighborhood. I would like to thank you and your company for the outstanding job of waterproofing my basement. The lead representative, Colton Hatfield, was fabulous. Colton was very professional and was excellent at taking me through the process. The workers Jaden Arbaugh, Mason Waddell, Jeremy Spears, Mike Stewart, and Zak Scantalin, were awesome in their job performance. 

I had a drainage system with a sump pump installed. Every member of their team was knowledgeable, personable, and kept me informed throughout the project. The work was excellent and was completed exactly as promised. I would definitely recommend it!!

I contracted with Alford for foundation repairs, floor support, and crawl space encapsulation. Cody and the Alford crew who did the work - Paul, Jayden & Joe - were all very professional, diligent, and courteous. Cody was an incredible jack-of-all-trades and not only presided over a great job, but answered all my questions and accommodated all of my requests as the job progressed. When Cody and his crew arrived, they immediately started working. It was like putting a puzzle together. We were very impressed with the entire crew and greatly satisfied with the job. 

The call rep. was with me every step of the way and coordinated everything between me and the project leads so that everyone was on the same page at all times. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, patient and genuinely took the time to talk and identify what options would best address my needs while staying in my comfort zone, which the other companies did not. In addition, Alford was the only company that had a presentation that not only explained in greater detail why my basement was leaking, but showed the process and products they would use to remediate the issue.
