Out on beautiful Washington Island, WI off the Door Peninsula we transformed a crawl space from humid and musty to dry and comfortable.

The bathroom of this theater in Oconto, WI was in very rough shape.  Years of soil erosion and settlement caused the concrete floor of the bathroom to crack, causing a sunken floor near the urinal and an unsightly crack in the drywall.

While there are a number of potential causes of cracked and bowing foundation walls, the most common reason is pressure from foundation soils.  When clay soils get wet, they can expand and put tremendous pressure on a wall.
