Sure-Dry Basement Systems and Prospective Customers,
During this summer, we had significant foundation problems (foundation walls moving inward, cracks in foundation and leaking). We contacted Sure-Dry to come out to our home to give us their recommendation to fix the basement. Now Sure-Dry was not the only company we had contacted, previously we contacted #@! (a competitor) and they came out to give us recommendations.
In our experience with #@! (a competitor), it seemed like they were attempting to discredit other companies and really made us feel like we only had one option - their company. We really didn't know what the problem was as well, but knew they had a solution to fix it.
So, we didn't know what to expect when he (Sure-Dry's representative) came out to give us his recommendation. During our meeting, he explained why the basement was having problems and gave us recommendations on how we could approach the problems. The fact that he explained what the problems were - was a big relief, as we now know why we had problems in our basement. The represenative never tried to discredit another company; he was more concerned with making sure we were taken care with. Also, we had more than one option to repair the basement foundation. Most importantly we trusted the rep and Sure-Dry to get the job done.
As all projects go, there were some hiccups that arrived - we had the most rainfall in a week in over 110 years. Well, our home sits on clay and it caved inward towards the foundation. We didn't know what to do, so we contacted Joe and he gave us assurance that it was going to be alright. It also was a relief as the Project Manager; Chad was there to check with us throughout the week of the rainfall. In our conversations with Chad, he made sure we knew what was going on and what we needed to do to help expedite the situation. Chad and his crew, worked on our home in the rain and wet clay to get the job done. They also went the extra mile to make sure that we knew what was happening and to assure us that it was going to get done!
Sure-Dry has met and continues to go beyond our wildest expectations! Our thanks goes to Sure-Dry Basement Systems for having great employees like Project Manager Chad and his crew! They care about the job, the quality of work, but most importantly the customers they are serving!
