This is the second year we have been fortunate to have Bill Peterson to our home to make sure everything regarding out Badger system is in good working order.  While I wasn't quick to recall his name, I recognized his friendly face and smile when he arrived at the appointed time.  I so appreciated his professional manner and helpful ways in dealing with the homeowner.   This year we also had the previous Sani-Dry whole house dehumidifier replaced with a new AprilAire dehumidifier.  Again he was thorough and explained things while installing the unit and let me know that if I had questions or concerns at any time in the future, to feel free to contact him.  I think Bill is an excellent service technician representing you company.   I also want to thank you for sending reminder service notices.  You keep track of the things a homeowner has the tendency to forget.  Hopefully Bill will again be the service tech for our basement checkup.

I first heard of Badger Basement Systems from other people that had used them as well as their local advertising. The representative that came to my home, Patrick, was very professional and informative – he was willing to take the time to give information and answer questions. He was very honest with the information he provided. I checked in to four different basement companies and found Badger to have the most resourceful employees with the willingness to take the time for you – even before they knew I would be using them. The crew, Aaron and Paul, were very courteous. I appreciate the fact that they knew they had a job to do but still took the time to be respectful of my personal items being kept clean. From the first visit to the many phone calls I made to Badger Basement, every call, every interaction was professional and the staff was willing to help out in whatever way they could (if they didn’t have an answer they would find someone that did). I was not hounded to use their service. It took me several years to get enough money to do my basement so I had several occasions to call on Badger for advice. When the time came to do the basement I was treated just as professional by the crew who did the work, they were very respectful of time and property. Tarps were laid down for cleanliness – I was very happy with the job done. It means a lot to have a respectful business when you are doing a messy job like basement work. Thank you to all!
