Dear Badger Basements, In 2008, we had a Badger Basement perimeter drainage system and sump pump installed in our basement (which had flooded 5 times in one season, ruining our finished basement). Since that time, we have had no trouble with flooding or any water in the basement. We finally re-finished our basement, which cost a good amount of money, this Summer in early Summer 2010 - after a full year with Badger Basement Systems, we finally "trusted" that the basement would remain dry, thus protecting our investment! We just got back from a week-long vacation to the east coast, during which Madison/Dane County experienced record-setting rainfall and flooding. I have to admit that we worried about our basement while we were gone, imaging the worst when hearing the news about the flooding. However, when we returned to our home, we were thrilled to find that our basement was dry and in tact! It was a sight for sore eyes. Nick, our service technician, had completed a routine service visit to our home the day before we left for our vacation. We were very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. It eased our worries to know that he had reviewed the system and found it in good working order. Thank you SO MUCH for your basement drainage system. Brian was a very good and knowledgeable representative. We selected Badger because of the previous work they did for us and because other companies did not have the thermal dry flooring system available. The crew was very nice and they did a very good job. They worked effectively and answered all our questions. They also did a little extra work when we changed our mind. I really liked how the bathroom turned out. I was concerned about cutting around the toilet, but they removed it, so it turned out great.

Ron was knowledgeable and had a no non-sense approach. We had three companies evaluate or basement water problem, Badger Basement Systems understood the problem and our needs, they provided a good solution to our problem. The crew was very professional. They did an excellent job from start to finish.

Badger's experience and professionalism is what lead me to hire them. My sales specialist, Ron, was very thorough. The crew was very nice and did a great job fixing my basement.

Bill Hammer came on 2-10-14 and did a very complete check on my sump pump system.  As he was leaving the basement, he noticed water running out of the water heater.  He immediately got a pail out to catch the water.  He turned off the water to the unit and found the pressure relief valve was worn out.  If he had not been here, I don't know what I would have done.  Also, before this water heater episode, I had asked him to bring in a 40lb bag of salt from my car which is gladly did for me.  Bill Hammer is to be commended for his knowledge and helpfulness.

Bill Peterson and Bill Hammer were excellent. Bill P gave a very clear explanation and did his best to propose a reasonable price and to make sure all my questions were answered. The cleanup was excellent. I was very impressed and called a friend downstairs just to look at it. The crew leader, Bill Peterson was exceptionally good. He made sure my life was disrupted as little as possible and was very reassuring. He is an intelligent and very responsible man.

The office staff was courteous and helpful.  Ron was very thorough and he explained what would be done. The crew arrived on time, were very courteous and the cleanup was great!  Job well done!

Bill P knew the products and could answer my questions.  The cleanup was easy but with other work I have had done, it was always good.  Everyone who I have had any contact with at Badger Basement has always been very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
