Joel was very good.  I liked that he printed out the plan and gave us a copy at the presentation.  We liked the basement book you gave us as a reference and that you gave us a printed detailed plan, not just a verbal quote.  Good job!

My husband and I thought the sales specialist, Joel, did an excellant job. He was very thorough in his inspection and presentation.
