Do you have vapor barrier down in your crawlspace? A recent customer of our noticed they did not have any vapor barrier down in the crawlspace separating the earth from the home. So they decided to do some research and they came across our website. They started looking through all of our products and decided to give a call to get some of our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. 

Do you have water coming into your crawlspace but you have a vapor barrier? A vapor barrier does not always help with water issues. You will most likely need some drainage. We offer our SmartPipe its custom design has holes on top and front under a filter fabric to accept water from the soil and surface of your crawlspace. 

A client called in needing their sump pump replaced and having concerns about the amount of water building up in the corners of their crawlspace. The production crew installed our SuperSump which includes the most reliable pump available, a WaterWatch alarm system, and the patented SuperLiner with Airtight lid. To address the drainage issue, we installed Smart Pipe around the perimeter of the crawlspace. This drainage system is designed with holes on the top and front under a filter fabric that accepts water from the soil and drains it to the sump pump location.

A client called in with water in their crawlspace after already having a sump pump and vapor barrier. Our design specialist was able to provide a quote for our TripoleSafe, SmartPipe and WaterGuard. The TripleSafe is a combination of patented and custom components that make up a highly efficient and reliable pressure relief and water evacuation system for basement water. It utilizes (2) 120v pumps and (1) 12v battery backup system. To address the drainage issue, we installed Smart Pipe around the perimeter of the crawlspace. The WaterGurad system intercepts water at the perimeter of your basement and drains it unseen and safely away.
