A client called in with water in their crawlspace after already having a sump pump and vapor barrier. Our design specialist was able to provide a quote for our TripoleSafe, SmartPipe and WaterGuard. The TripleSafe is a combination of patented and custom components that make up a highly efficient and reliable pressure relief and water evacuation system for basement water. It utilizes (2) 120v pumps and (1) 12v battery backup system. To address the drainage issue, we installed Smart Pipe around the perimeter of the crawlspace. This drainage system is designed with holes on the top and front under a filter fabric that accepts water from the soil and drains it to the sump pump location. The WaterGurad system intercepts water at the perimeter of your basement and drains it unseen and safely away.
