This crawl space just had a dirt floor. There was nothing to protect the crawl space and the home from the moisture that comes up from this dirt floor. 

This crawl space had mold growing on the floor and was not protected from the outside air and moisture. CleanSpace, a SaniDry Sedona, and a SmartSump were installed to make this whole home cleaner, drier, and healthier!

Not every crawl space we enter is quite as tall as this beauty in Hot Springs Village. However, when we leave every crawl space looks just as clean!

The conjoined efforts of the Ez Flow drainage system and SmartSump have the homeowner's mind at ease knowing the level of product installed has alleviated their previous water concerns. CleanSpace and Drainage Matting were installed to give that polished look with amazing moisture barricading benefits. Lastly, the highly energy Efficient SaniDry Sedona was installed to regulate the humidity levels by drawing moisture out of the space. 

The Foundation Supportworks Smart Jack is a supplemental support system for crawl space applications- The Smart Jack effectively supports sagging beams and floor joist Caused by Length of span greater than spanning capability of the members, floor load added after construction, exceeding design values and weakening of members over time due to high moisture and rot. The Smart jack may also be used as supplemental column support where an existing column and pier foundation has settled.

Customer contacted Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas regarding hanging insulation and possible moisture issues in their crawl space. We stated by removing all insulation from the space as it was no longer attached. After cleaning up the space, we installed a layer of drainage matting which is great for crawl space drainage. Drainage matting also softens the floor and increase durability.
