Customer inquired about making his crawl space an area where he would store items. 

By adding the CleanSpace Liner and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, we added space to the customers home where they can now store their belongs. The dehumidifier will keep the humidity in the space low so that their possessions are not damaged by any moisture. We did also install drainage matting underneath the CleanSpace which is provides drainage if any is needed, as well as helps soften the floor and increases durability. 

Our customer requested a new sump pump be installed, as well as a clean up his crawl space. Our crew installed a TripleSafe sump pump to satisfy the need for the new pump. The TripleSafe with its three pumps provides extra security for any water issues. It also features a battery backup system in the event that there is a power outage. For the clean up of the space, we installed CleanSpace liner, Drainage Matting, and a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier. The bright white of the CleanSpace liner makes the space look fresh and clean. The dehumidifier keeps any excess moisture out of the air. This is a perfect place to store things if needed. 

This client had a slight humidity problem and simply wanted to be able to use their crawl space for storage purposes. Dillion and his crew installed a full encapsulation system.

For that encapsulation system, the crew installed a CleanSpace liner with Drainage Matting underneath, along with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to bring the humidity in the space at or below 55%. This space now a clean, dry area for the client to have that storage they were wanting, as well as bringing the humidity under control. 

Residents of Hot Springs Village were in the process of building a new home when they saw our trucks in the neighborhood. They wanted to protect their new investment from moisture and mold, so they called. After visiting with our Design Specialist, Curtis, they knew they had found the solution! Our crews, led by Thomas and Stephen, encapsulated their crawl space, installed our SmartSump Sump Pump, and sealed the vents. The homeowners are thrilled to be living in their new home, protected from the ground up!
