The outstanding service started from my first call into you to book someone right through to the last day of install! Gloria, you have exceptional phone communication skills and always made me feel like a valued customer. Lars’ on-site visit and then all our follow up emails (my husband was back east) and phone conversations were most helpful and he too made going through this process painless and provide exceptional customer service! Cerial (sp?) kept me informed all along the way too. Communications on next steps are so important and not only did your team do this they also emailed us an information package before Lars’ visit! Again, exceptional service. When it came to our installation, it too went smoothly. Aaron was our installer and when he arrived he asked about a pattern instead of just a straight laying. I wasn’t home so he took the time to put some tiles down for my son to take a picture to email me to make a decision. In the end we went with a pattern and the floor looks fantastic. Clearly Aaron knows what he is doing and when I did get a chance to meet him, he definitely demonstrated strong technical and customer service skills. Basement Systems has a great team! Being responsible for our service side of our business, I always look at other companies we can learn from and your company is definitely one of them. Thanks again for everything!
