This home was experiencing foundation settlement which was causing the foundation to be uneven. Symptoms of the settlement included cracks in the ceiling and the exterior walls.
Before Photo: In-Progress photo of the Push Pier Installation. Pier Tubes are hydraulically driven into the Earth.
After Photo: After the pier tubes reach their appropriate depth, the Push Pier is capped off and ready to be covered from sight.
Finishing up a project in Stockton, there was a crack that ran along the concrete slab. Our crew was able to patch the crack up.
Originally built in 1938, the basement foundation and staircase of this home in Stockton were failing.
We were happy to help replace both with new concrete.

This customer located in Stockton, noticed his floors were bowing and bouncing when he walked across them. Upon the inspection, our structural consultant found the issues right away. With installing our Smart Jack System, we were able to lift and stabilize the existing beams and floor joists in the crawl space. Sagging beams and floor joist are often the result of improper spacing of existing pier columns or weakened floor systems due to mold and wood rot.
