This homeowner was thrilled to finally have her floors remodeled. However, when she had her carpet pulled up she was devastated to find a large crack. Worse than just being unsightly, it was also the result of a structural issue. She had to get her foundation fixed to make the concrete level enough to install the hard wood flooring she always wanted.
When she called Foundation Repair of CA, sales representative Steve Conner came to assess the situation. Being the experienced expert that he is, he was capable of immediately addressing the issue. He found that the foundation in the back corner of the house had sunk approximately three inches and was pulling a portion of the slab with it. Steve knew that the best solution for this house was helical piers to lift and stabilize the foundation, and a PolyLevel Foam injection to stabilize the interior slab of the house.
Myles Machado was the foreman in charge of completing this job, and upon arriving to this house, he knew exactly what to do despite the difficulty of the task. Myles and his crew went to work removing concrete, digging holes, pushing the piers into the earth, and then attaching the brackets. After installing the piers, Myles filled the holes, poured the concrete, and cleaned everything that he could to the best of his abilities.
Thanks to the hard work and dedication of everyone in Foundation Repair of CA, this happy homeowner can rest easy knowing that her house is now completely and totally stable.

Piering was used to stabilze a settling corner of this home. Two foot by two foot holes were dug for each pier then backfilled when the project was completed os you can't even tell our piers are there.
This home, located in Oakley, was having issues with the concrete walkway of their backyard. It was sinking and the homeowner's were sick of stubbing their toes on it.
Our Concrete Repair Division Manager, Sam Phelps, inspected the concrete and drew up a solution with a quote. The homeowner's agreed and we came to do the work shortly thereafter. An injection of PolyLevel Foam beneath the walkway brought it back to level and removed the tripping hazard.
