Before & After Photos

The before photo shows a crawl space that was experiencing high levels of humidity which was causing a number of issues for the homeowner. The after photo shows our vapor barrier which will make the crawl space a clean, dry, energy-efficient part of the house.

In that area of the home, the homeowner was experiencing sagging floors and that was due to not being enough support from underneath the floor joists. The after-photo shows how we solved this problem by installing a post with caps. Now the homeowner will not experience their past problems and have peace of mind. 

This is an amazing change to this crawl space in Southern California! The nasty/dirtiest part of the house is now clean, fresh, healthy and even smells good!
