This basement in Rehoboth needed a good dehumidifier for their finished basement. 

This Homeowner had drafty basement windows and she wanted more natural light. We installed new EverLast windows, all vinyl, easy-opening, airtight and designed for basements. We then installed SunHouse basement window enclosures that will give an attractive, bright, clean solution that keeps rain out, prevents weeds from growing inside, and reflects lots of natural light into the basement.

These homeowners love their house. They have invested a great deal of time and finances into making it their home. Thin plastic tossed on the ground in the crawl space was doing nothing to protect the investment that they had made into their home. Humidity and ground water encroachment are evident in this before picture. Team DryZone laid down drainage matting beneath Clean Space 20 millimeter liner. The drainage matting will allow ground water to flow beneath the crawl space liner. The Clean Space liner is uniquely designed for flexibility and longevity along with having an odorless antimicrobial additive which will prevent microbial growth. This is exactly the way homeowners who care about the longevity of their home want their crawl space to be protected.

This existing customer in Rehoboth Beach, DE found multiple cracks in their basement leaking and was also in extreme need of a sump pump and window replacement.

With a simple call back to DryZone, we were able to seal the cracks with Flexispan, install EverLast Window Inserts, and replace the sump pump with our SuperSump Plus to control their basement. Now, the customer can use their basement for storage without the worry of water damage to their belongings!

This partially finished basement unfortunately needed a waterproofing fix so that it wouldn't be fully ruined! With our Waterguard system, a TripleSafe Sump pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, this space's issues with water won't affect the basement any longer!
