Douglas requested assistance from LRE Foundation Repair to help design an effective drainage solution for his New Port Richey, Florida home. Persistent flooding around the home had resulted in regular water intrusion indoors, and he realized that he needed to address this issue before further damage to his foundation could occur. Following a thorough inspection of the home by an LRE Design Specialist, a plan was devised to clear much of the vegetation around the flooded area of the home and install a French Drain to collect excess rainwater and divert it away from the home. The LRE team proceeded to clear the excess plant growth and installed the French Drain, effectively resolving the persistent flooding issue around the home. Rodney M. noticed cracking and settlement to his sidewalk and driveway and had concerns about a foundation problem at his home in Holiday, Florida. He decided to call LRE Foundation Repair to see if there was an underlying issue that needed to be addressed. LRE completed a full home inspection, and through careful ground measurements and testing, determined that large voids and loose soils were causing the heavy weight of the concrete above to sink. LRE designed a solution to solve this problem using PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polymer foam material injected through small ports in the concrete slabs that expands when in contact with soils, filling voids and strengthening the area. This material even expanded enough to lift the concrete drive close to two inches. Once the project was complete, this homeowner was happy to see his driveway and sidewalk not only lifted back to normal but permanently stabilized as well. 

Homeowners located in Kissimmee, Florida reached out to LRE Foundation Repair in hopes of repairing the walkway of their home. The soil underneath the slab had eroded causing the concrete to become unlevel, leaving a nasty tripping hazard and allowing water to pool near the foundation of the home. LRE utilized their two-part PolyLevel foam system to inject underneath the slab. The foam worked to fill the voids, and raise and relevel the homeowner's walkway. This homeowner no longer has to worry about tripping hazards or more serious foundation issues due to the pooling water. 

Farag A. had several large cracks in his driveway in Davenport, Florida, and was concerned about the safety of himself and his wife. So, he contacted LRE Foundation Repair to evaluate the damage and eliminate the trip hazards for good. After an inspection, LRE determined that the concrete slab had settled due to loose and shifting soils. They came up with a solution using PolyLevel, which is an expanding polyurethane foam material. This material was injected through small holes drilled into the concrete slab. As the material expanded beneath the surface of the driveway, it lifted the concrete back into place and closed the gaps that caused a potential risk. The homeowner was more than satisfied with the results of the project and had peace of mind knowing that he and his wife were safe from tripping hazards.

Megan F. from Rockledge, Florida had been facing a persistent problem of water pooling around her pool deck, resulting in slippery mildew conditions. LRE conducted a whole-home inspection and found that the previous channel drain and poor construction was not enough to handle the amount of water that ended up on the deck. To tackle this issue, LRE designed a drainage solution that included a new channel drain that would connect to a catch basin located far out in the property. This new system would allow a sufficient amount of water to flow through the new drain and out into the yard.
