Dear Raymond & Susan, It has been over one year since our friend suggested we contact LRE Foundation Repair concerning sinkhole damage at our property in Palm Harbor. With repairs now behind us, I wanted to take a moment to thank your company and a few of its team members in particular for a great repair experience. After battling our insurance company for close to 3 years, and then doing some due diligence on the services offered by LRE, we had the good fortune of first meeting Derek Penkava, who spent a considerable amount of time walking the property and explaining the entire grouting process to my wife and I, so we had a solid understanding of what we would be facing over the next several months. It was right about this time in 2014, that we met your drilling crew. Friendly, courteous, professional, hard-working, and funny are just a few of the words that describe the crew that Eddie lead throughout the weeks and months that followed. Eddie was a great leader, and made sure they remained on schedule, kept the property neat and was always available to answer any questions we had. I work out of the house, so we had our daily conversations and he kept me abreast of every aspect of the repairs. I must say I know more about the grouting process than I ever thought I would, and I have Eddie to thank. I don't know how many Eddie's you are fortunate enough to have, but he was great. Next came your Construction Services Estimator, Greg Crossley. Knowing I was in the insurance claims business made the process go smoothly, with few issues over scope and price. He understood our ultimate goal, including some personal upgrades outside the insurance money, and worked with us to get this accomplished. He made numerous visits to our home, and we reached what I considered to be a very fair estimate, that incorporated the entire project we were about to undertake, and then, he regularly followed up, showing true concern for the overall job. He met with numerous contractors here at the house to make sure everyone involved understood the scope of the job. If there was a problem, he was first to step up and get it resolved. Not many estimators would ever stay engaged through the job like Greg did. And we don't think this job would have ever been completed without the work of Manuel Quizhpe, your Project Supervisor. Manuel was always here at all hours of the day and night to accommodate our schedule, taking personal responsibility to stay after the various sub-contractors who LRE uses in this area. When an issue surfaced with the tile demo crew, or the painters, Manuel tackled the issues head-on and got it resolved to our satisfaction. The trustworthiness that developed between Manuel and us, is something that unfortunately isn't seen very often these days. We had no hesitation about leaving the house unlocked so he and the contractors had free access to complete their work. While we are glad the job is now complete, we will miss Manuel's charming and charismatic personality. We consider him a true friend, and hope to run into him now and again in the future. Another crew we want to make certain to recognize is Ivan and Willban, who did a spectacular job with our driveway, sidewalk and pool pavers. This is back breaking work, and it was scorching hot the weeks they were at our home. Many neighbors have said the driveway and front walks look like a showcase home. They have asked who did they work, and I am quick to tell them, LRE I would anticipate requests for additional estimates coming your way in the future. We couldn't be happier with the way this turned out. We're actually having a neighborhood get-together this coming weekend to show off all the work. And last but not least was Accent Carpet & Tile. Rob Wilson was great to work with, and his installers Chris and Antonio did the nicest tile work we have ever seen. My wife came up with an idea, and Chris worked with her on the design and layout of the floors. This was a large tile job that included a kitchen, family room, two hallways, a laundry room, three bathrooms and a master shower that Chris completely designed himself. Chris is a true artisan and Antonio is learning the trade from a master. Your photographer was even very impressed with his work. In closing, the LRE Foundation Repair' experience was worth the wait. We have a house that is now on a solid foundation and is structurally safe. The cosmetic repairs have given the property a fresh look and the neighbors have repeatedly told us how good everything looks. If your company ever needs a reference in the Palm Harbor area, by all means we are available.

Both crew leaders and teams did a great job reassuring me and explaining the planned work approach and answered my many questions about the process. Both crew leaders asked me questions ensuring I was pleased. Both teams were very professional and respectful. I enjoyed working with both teams.

LRE's crew arrived when they said they would. The crew supervisor, Antonio, and the other two men worked very hard from the moment they arrived until they cleaned up before leaving. They were all professional, knowledgable, and courteous, and it was a pleasure to meet them. It was also amazing to watch how efficiently they worked as a team. They explained things to me at various stages of the job and left the job site looking better than they found it. I'd highly recommend LRE Foundation Repair to all of our family and friends. The crew was awesome! Very knowledgeable and informative. I wanted a local contractor and sought other contractors. Honestly, each sent a young individual that clearly wanted to sell me on a drawing. Matt showed up and it was quite clear of his experience and understanding of the injection product as well as the helical pilings. My house in NY was destroyed in SuperStorm Sandy so I learned quite a bit about injection foam and helical pilings in that experience. So it as Matt's detailing both products that sold me. 

I can't say enough about great things about LRE Foundations and the young men that they employ. My wife and I hired LRE to encapsulate our crawlspace, install a dehumidifier, and a sump pump. Jordan, Max, Gabe, Rashad, Cordell, and Shane are the nicest, hardest working, polite, professional young men we have ever met. It is a tough and dirty job and these guys worked as an incredible team and did a superb job. The crawlspace is now clean, our home is protected, and we could not be happier with the work that was performed. I would highly recommend LRE Foundations for any of your crawlspace needs, in particular, requesting this team -- You will not be disappointed.

We have only praise and thanks to the wonderful team of gentlemen who worked on our Dunedin/Clearwater Elks Lodge. They were very professional and worked very well together. Each one knew their job and worked like a well oiled machine. Richard was a great supervisor. The first day Glenn and Richard assessed the job, contacted the fire sprinkler company and the fire department. Then coordinated time lines and went to work. The experience from start to finish was perfect. From the immediate response to my web inquiry through the cleanup work that was done at the end of the job. I have not dealt with a more professional company and will recommend your company to anyone I know that needs your services. We are extremely satisfied. We really appreciate the thoroughness of the crews explaining the work to us step by step. Everyone that worked at our home was extremely professional and polite. It was meticulous, and the quality of the clean-up work was excellent and higher than expected. LRE Foundation Repair recently completed major sinkhole repairs at our home in Safety Harbor, FL. The repairs included extensive grouting and underpinning over several months. One of the few things that remained stable during the repair process was the presence and professionalism of Victor Feeley. Victor was our primary contact with LRE and was always there when needed, and a pleasure to work with regarding our needs. Victor was diligent in returning phone calls in a timely manner. He always managed to get us an answer when we were unsure how to proceed, or what to do next. When issues arose Victor was willing to do what was needed to resolve the issue and move forward. Several times Victor personally did what was needed to resolve the issue or fix the problem. I saw him on more than one occasion dig in the dirt to repair a broken or missing sprinkler head. Victor is a professional, courteous, and diligent jack of all trades. He certainly never felt any task was either too small or beyond his abilities. As a result of Victor's efforts, my wife DeDe and I were able to proceed through an extremely trying time while maintaining a positive attitude. Now that the sinkhole project is coming to an end, we want you to know how valuable Victor was to the entire process and how grateful we are to have had Victor assigned to our project. We are very pleased with the improvement to our sidewalk. With all the rain over the past two days, it was nice to see no puddling in the corner of the walk. The tripping hazard is gone which really pleases us as well. Many thanks to your crew!

LRE was professional, punctual, and had quality work through and through. If you have drainage problems that are beyond a DIY repair-type solution, I would recommend having LRE come and take a look. All aspects of my project were communicated and the work was done timely and beyond my expectations. It's also clear that LRE is hiring young folks from the area and training them up, which is great!

Everything was completed to my satisfaction. The crew leader and his assistant were very polite and did go over the areas that were in need of repair. The crew were very professional and I appreciated that very much. Everything was cleaned up. I would recommend LRE to everyone.

The professionalism that was evident throughout the "interview" process, from the company website to the representatives that we spoke with, to the evident attention to detail in the materials sent prior to the in-person meeting, were all factors. When we met for the project assessment and estimate, it was apparent that Justin was knowledgeable and confident in what could be done to resolve our problem. He didn't try to oversell; he made sure we understood the situation, how it could be fixed, and what the total cost would be for the proposed solution. And the quoted total cost was within an acceptable price range.

I'd like to thank LRE Foundation Repair and to specially thank their foreman Trace and his crew who tirelessly work their best to make sure they finished on time. They were very professional and updated me each day, sending me before, in progress, and after pictures. I know it is not an easy crawlspace repair, and I cannot imagine how hot working underneath the house is. But, after looking at the work they have done for a 1955 house foundation, I know that the house foundation is more solid now, and probably better than it was when it was originally built. Not only did they put smart jacks on each column, they poured concrete cement on each base as well and reinforced the existing wood with new ones. Overall I’m so happy on the job well done! I sold the house knowing that the new owner has a good solid foundation that will last.    I also like to thank Matt that first came to give me a quote. He’s the only one that explained what LRE would do and what materials to use, and that they do not subcontract their crew and guaranteed their work. I also would like to give a BIG thank you to Kristina, Katelyn, Cindy and Brittany and everyone I have a pleasure of talking to who works at the office. From getting the permit and helping me to get the documents needed to close. I really appreciate you all for your awesome customer service, and 5 star is not enough! You went far and beyond. I wish I could give Trace, Vincent, and Charles a higher rating than 5 stars. They went above and way beyond our expectations. I really appreciate that Trace let me know they could also help with the flooring issue we had going on because I had been worried about finding a good company for that as well. I am so thrilled with the work that was done, and I will be requesting them when I have the other rooms of my house completed. They are professional, polite and extremely hard working. I now have peace of mind and feel safer in our 100+ year old home!
