A basement was leaking in Springfield, IL and needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, a CleanSpace™ liner was used. This durable liner will keep the humidity out of the basement, as well as other outside elements. Then, WaterGuard™ was used to collect water that entered the basement. This system sits on top of the soil to prevent clogging, With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest assured that their basement will stay dry.

The EverLast Access Well provides easy access to the crawl space, while keeping water out and unwanted critters out. Because of the enclosed design, Helen will never have to worry about anyone falling into the well.

IceGuard provides an exit for water in the event that the discharge lines become frozen or clogged. With these three systems, Jessica will never have to worry about a wet basement.
