A basement window was leaking water in Springfield, IL, and the water was pooling onto the floor. To solve these issues, a WellDuct was installed. This will drain water from the window well and into the WaterGuard System, which will guide it to the sump system which will pump this water out of the house. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!

Water was seeping into a basement in Springfield, IL. It was entering where the wall and floor meet, causing damage and concern. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was installed. This drainage system is installed adjacent to the home and provides a channel that connects to the sump pump.  Its design will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. A driveway was unleveled in Springfield, IL. This was causing distress to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To fix the sinking and unleveled concrete slab issues, PolyLevel™ was used. By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete slabs and injecting polyurethane foam underneath, the slabs were able to be lifted and leveled out as the foam expanded. The foam will become rock solid within hours, so the homeowners will able to drive on it later that same day. Now, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their driveway is in great shape! 

A sidewalk in Springfield, IL, was sinking and needed to be addressed before potential tripping hazards emerged. There were also large gaps in between the concrete slabs that needed to be taken care of. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the sidewalk. By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath, the foam was able to expand to lift and level the concrete. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps in between the concrete slabs. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape!

Foremen, Donald A installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump includes two stainless steel pumps and can help fight against flooding and leaks. WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the basement floor and it helps to collect water that seeps through the walls and guides it to the sump pump to be pump out of the home.
