Dennis E. from Montogmery, IN called Healthy Spaces because water had been taking over his basement. When it would rain, he would be waiting for water to creep in, while the uncertainty of how much would enter his basement kept him worrying. He had a shopvac ready to soak up all of the water, as well as fans to help everything dry up quickly. Dennis and his family were ready to have their life back.

Design Specialist, Mike McAtee, was called to the job. After completing a thorough inspection of the basement, he decided that a WaterGuard system would best conquer the issues the basement was having. This is a drainage system installed around the perimeter of the basement that collects any water that may leak in. From there, the water runs to the sump pump, which is then disposed of out of discharge lines. Mike also inspected that GeoLocks were needed to help the basements foundation become stable. This system will hold the walls in their current position and can be tightened over time if needed. This will allow for improvement and straightening of the wall. Lastly, CleanSpace was installed to be a wall covering, but also a moisture control barrier just in time for the hot summer months. 

When the work was finished, Dennis was very pleased with the work that was done and was happy that there won't be any more leaking water in his basement. 

Homeowner Kyla K. from Jasper, IN was experiencing water in her basement. She dreaded hearing the weather forecast, especially when it called for rain. With every rainfall, water would slowly creep into the basement. They bought fans to constantly run after storms to dry up the sitting water. System Design Specialist, Bob Roberts, sat down with the homeowner and gave her a same-day quote after his thorough inspection. The WaterGuard drainage system that Bob recommended seemed like the best fit. With this system, there are spacers against the wall make a neat finished look and keep dirt and debris from the floor out of the gap, while also directing water to the new TripleSafe sump pump. The sump pump would then redirect water outside through exit lines.

Now, Kyla can enjoy her water-free basement and can listen to the weather forecast without being alarmed when there was rain in the prediction. 

Homeowner Greg K. noticed that water was easily seeping into his basement. He also realized that when it rained, his sump pump was no longer doing its job. With a lot of important information and valuables stored in the basement, Greg couldn't afford for the rain to ruin them.

Design Specialist, Damon Cheatham, met with Greg to discuss his issues and what he wanted in his new basement. The WaterGuard is a drain system that goes around the perimeter of the basement to collect any water that might come in. From there, the water would be transferred to the TripleSafe sump pump where it would be taken outside of the home and disposed of. The nice thing about the TripleSafe is that is has a backup battery so if the power goes out during a storm, the sump pump will still work. 

Greg is now loving his new basement, and can now relax during rain knowing that no water will be able to intrude and cause him problems.
