Midwest basement had by far the best presentation. I was wanting to install only 4beams at a time, other companies told me they would do it that way if I wanted; Midwest Basement explained to me if it was done that way it would have to be done correctly the first time or not at all, then explained in detail why it needed to be done all at one time. It was this honesty that sold me.

The computer presentation was very helpful. I was impressed with the clean up. They did a very nice job from start to finish.

The Crew was very good about keeping me informed and letting me know when they were leaving. The Sales Representative had a very clear and easy to understand presentation.
