This company provided me with a quick reply to my inquiry of my basement issues and need for an estimate. The representative gave a great presentation of all the issues and the possible fixes for these issues. I was impressed by the fact that the installation didn't require any digging outside of the home. We have had nothing but the greatest of service from the office staff and field experts at Midwest Basements!!!! This last experience was once again top notch and the techs that came, Chad and Eric, were both knowledgeable and very courteous. Since first utilizing Midwest our basement walls have increasingly improved and their recommendations for upgraded systems have made a world of difference!

Damian did a great job installing a drainage pipe from our sump pump out into the yard. Cleaned up after the job and very satisfied!

When you own a home, sometimes there are things that you need piece of mind about. So if you live in a house that is 100 year old. It might not be the worst idea to have someone come over and see if your house is structurally sound! We called Midwest Foundation Repair and they offer to have a specialist come out and give your house a look over! Jesse was prompt, on time, and very nice! He answered all our questions, gave us some history about how our home was built and gave us piece of mind that our home would still be standing in another 100 years!He gave us some tips on things we could do, and things to keep our eyes on. He also gave us a quote on a easy half day service they provide that would secure our home even more!Usually I'm the type of person who does not get worried about things that I have little control of, but Jesse showed me I have complete control of my home and that with a keen eye and a few great tips, our home will be standing strong long after I'm gone and that gives me piece of mind!

James and his team did a great job! They arrived on time, finished on time and completed the job beyond my expectations. They were all very polite and took care to put plastic down when hauling things in and out.
