A homeowner in Aberdeen, MD, lived with the constant worry that each heavy rainstorm would bring water into their basement. Without a sump pump, water found multiple entry points, creeping along the basement walls and pooling on the floor. Concerned about the damage and potential health risks, they reached out to Basement Systems USA for help.
After our team completed a comprehensive waterproofing system, the basement was transformed. Equipped with a WaterGuard system, trench drain, and TripleSafe 3 - sump pump system, the basement was now fortified against even the heaviest storms. The IceGuard feature provided protection against winter freezes, while the LawnScape outlet channeled water safely away from the home’s foundation. We also installed the CleanSpace Wall System with the Wallie 36, which added a protective barrier to keep moisture out while brightening the entire space.
With these enhancements, the basement went from a wet, problematic area to a dry, comfortable part of the home. Now, the homeowner could enjoy a reliable, secure basement that would stay dry regardless of the weather outside.

To strengthen the basement’s foundation, we also installed CarbonArmor wall supports. Additionally, we added WellDuct and a drain tile connection to enhance water management.
