You know what, it's raining cats and dogs and I don't even care because my basement is dry!

I called and spoke to a real person-wow! Was well prepared for what seemed like a great start. So, now we would hear from a sales person. I received a call that afternoon from some guy named Jeff. Well, Jeff was very polite and asked if we wanted him to come out. Yes it was, and low and behold it was going to be our choice when and where. We said the next few days and Jeff says what day was free and then asked what time would be good for us Our day, our time and here comes Jeff – right on time, so here we go. Jeff knew the inside and outside of this business, he had been putting these in for a good many years- We took the tour, and sat down with some brochures of the product that they use and how and what they could do. He gave us what seemed like good info but we wanted to think about it, so we did not commit and told him we would call. We put it off for awhile and Jeff e-mailed me only once to make sure we knew he was still around. Never bothered us as we asked him not to call-we would call him. Got him back and went over our house again and went with most of his idea's. Not pushy at all. Here we go- Here comes a person named Sean to our front door. He told us who and where he was from and what his job was. We went down the stairs and looked over his work assignment, an I got he hek out of there. My wife and I moved and covered some of the basement "things". I went down when I heard the jack hammers, and when I got down the crew had everything else covered up. Sean was answering all my questions and telling me how and when they would be done. Well it turns out that Sean had something to add, good idea that installing a new drain would be better than using our old drain- seems all the downspouts were draining in the old pipe. They added that to the workload. Quite a good salesman. Next Sean said he and his crew were starting the walls. Sean asked what the future of the walls would be - lo and behold we were putting on wall covering that would have to be removed for our future projects. So, we decided to do it right the first time and change the plan. My first choice was the ThermaDry system, so after hearing what was going to be done, Sean said there was a nicer finished wall and it was called ZenWall, I looked at the ZenWall and said it was real nice so he got a price for the new product and that's what we got. It looks great. I just can't say enough about this crew. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! So now the word is out about Basement Systems USA

This was the best crew I have had in a very long time. On time, very nice and clean. The work was fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Salesman/Inspector Pete Westera was on time for his appointment and understood our concerns and asked pertinent questions and made helpful suggestions. He also followed up through the process to make sure we were happy. The foreman Esteban was outstanding.He showed up on time every morning and communicated with us on what we could expect that day. The whole crew was extremely respectful and at the end of the day Esteban would stop by before he left to tell us what he accomplished that day. The other thing was how well they cleaned up after themselves every day. Recently, we had a plumber work in our basement and when he left and we were cleaning up after him I remember remarking I miss the way basement systems cleaned up. The best thing I can say about the work Basement Systems did is that my wife is happy! I know she is a picky customer and yet she is pleased.

Javier and his team did a wonderful job. They worked hard all day and were very respectful of their workspace taking great care to clean up and prevent any unnecessary mess. The work they did was impressive and I am happy with the results

Had a basement egress window installed with well duct system. I am not the easiest person to please and I am one those guys who does things himself because I want it done right. This was not a job I could handle and after getting a few quotes I really liked their products and solutions. There was a delay in my scheduled install date due to an inventory issue which I was not pleased with, and I near ripped up the contract. Was not a great start. I can tell you though that this company has the highest integrity. The general manager was honest with me, and told me exactly what happened, and did everything he could to make it right. The install went great, Javier and his crew were outstanding, they worked hard and take pride in their work. I cant say I ever saw the crew not working while they were here. I am extremely pleased with the end result, exactly how I pictured it and its brought the space alive by bringing in much needed sunlight and additional benefit of safety. With everything in life, its not how you start its how you finish. This company will always finish on top, mistakes can happen, but how a company deals with it defines a great company. My company had Basement Systems USA finish our basement at our office and I highly recommend their work! The basement turned out better than expected. The Foreman, Chris, was very good at communicating and always made sure the job site was clean at the end of the day. My company deals with a lot of different contractors and from my experience this company is very professional and does quality work. I would highly recommend them.

We found mold infesting the carpet in the basement. We pulled out and threw away the carpet, and discovered that the concrete underneath was in pretty bad shape, so we didn't want to do the tiling ourselves. Talked to a couple places, Basement Systems USA was the most professional and knowledgeable and their prices were fair. We're very happy with the work they did. The estimate guy spent a long time with us and explained our options in great detail, never pressured or rushed us. We were able to schedule the installation for within a few weeks, which was great - we use the basement as a work space, and it was disruptive to have it out of commission. The workmen were a little late (really a little - less than a half hour) and hadn't called to give us a head's up, which is why I gave a B in that category - it annoys my husband when he doesn't know how long it will be until the workers arrive. Once the two men arrived, though, they were courteous and competent. They were honest with us about what they could and couldn't do given the shape of the concrete (i.e., there was no way we'd get a level floor down there without major concrete work), and they did a very nice job, and left everything spotless - definitely the most efficient and clean installation job we've had done. It wasn't cheap, but we felt it was a reasonable price and a good investment, and with the solid installation job to top it off, we're very happy with our choice.
