Steve & the crew were very professional.. I'm very pleased, so far! Still worried about water in the basement, but that is because I had water for so many years. I chose DryZone Basement Systems because a friend's daughter, installed the system in her home. They have been very pleased.

I needed an analysis of the source of the water which was flowing into the basement. The problem was identified, correctly, as a broken or leaky water intake pipe from the street running into the house near the source of the leak. The work had to be done by the City Water Department with a private contractor assisting with the removal of the old pipe and replacement with the new pipe in the front yard and in the basement. Steve was professional and thorough in his inspection and analysis. With his observations and recommendations, we were able to avoid what could have been a catastrophic situation had the water pipe burst before we arranged to replace it

Jonathan Costa and his team did a good job in our basement waterproofing. They are very hard-working, very polite young people completed the entire job in a day and a half. I would give a good recommendation to anyone who needs this type of work. So far I am very please, just waiting for a very hard raining day and hopefully won't see a drop of water in my basement.

We had our annual maintenance service call today, conducted by Scott Nichols. I can honestly say, that it was most thorough general service call. Scott checked everything that needed to be checked, and he actually seemed to care about doing a great job. He made sure that everything was cleaned as completely as possible, and that all equipment was working as it should be; not to mention that he was both courteous and friendly. I never once had the feeling that he wanted to finish as soon as possible; skipping steps along the way, only to get to the next place as soon as possible. I plan on having the service maintenance conducted annually, and would appreciate if you would assign Scott to our account.

I just had DryZone, you had installed a new basement waterproofing system for me on Monday and Ryan was the head guy and I just wanted to call to say I am very satisfied with the work they did. They were friendly, they worked very hard, were efficient, got the job done in about seven hours. It pumped out a bit of water at the beginning, but now with a prolonged dry stretch it hasn’t had to do much work.  It may not have been essential to install this year, but I’m very happy it gives me a sense of security for the future!   Matt
