The homeowner had water pouring into their basement. The did not know where the water was coming from, but they knew something needed to be done. 

Our professional team installed the WaterGuard long lasting interior perimeter drainage system. The system sits on the top of the footing in order to prevent clogging from mud or debris. WaterGuard traps floor and wall seepage in its drain and sends it directly to the sump pump. Once the sump pump gets the water it removes it from the home. 

The before picture shoes the damage that the water coming into the home has caused and the after picture shows the end result of WaterGuard installation. The system is covered with a layer of concrete so the basement looks nice and clean.

Our professional team installed IceGuard anti freeze system. The IceGuard system is attached to the sump pump discharge line on the outside of the home. The IceGuard system allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason. Even if the pipe outlet is buried under a foot of ice and snow, the water can escape, allowing your sump pump to keep your basement dry. When the discharge pipe thaws, the water will automatically run along its normal route, and no water will escape from the IceGuard.

Most windows offer minimal protection against outside air entering the home due to poor insulation around the window. Egress windows will help ventilate your indoor areas and prevent unwanted allergens from entering your house. Also, Egress Windows provide a safe exit in case of emergency so they are required in finished basement living areas. In addition to having a safe exit in your basement, these windows provide lots of natural light.
