Complete Basement Systems has a fully staffed service department to inspect and maintain the sump pump and waterproofing systems installed.
It is a recommended service every 12-15 months. We inspect to find problems that could cause a flood before they find the customer. We clean out the sump pump liner and free it of silt and mud.
Our customer in Nowthen, MN recently had their first service after installation in July 2016. A service was performed to clean the SuperSump pump liner.
David M. of Ramsey, MN contacted Complete Basement Systems because he noticed some blocks that are pushed in and had some noticable cracks.
The PowerBrace Wall System from Complete Basement Systems will permanently stabilize your home's foundation walls. They are customer fit to the foundation wall height and secured tight against the basement wall with brackets to anchor to the floor joist.
Our customer liked the interior solution and avoiding disruption to the exterior yard to correct the problem. The system is also warrantied for the life of the home that the stabilized foundation wall will not experience any further movement.
Sara & Wes F. of St Bonifacius, MN related to a team member at Complete Basement Systems contacted Nate Barke to inspect a wall that had a crack and would notice water coming in through that crack in their foundation.
The foundation wall is a poured wall and are very common to develop hairline cracks and some of those cracks get wider over time and that is generally caused by shrinkage. This is typical in new homes and continues for a few years after, sometimes longer. Injections are a common solution and can work temporarily, however the crack can often get larger and re-leak due to the soil expansion and contraction.
Our FlexiSpan crack repair system is a permanent solution to control the water coming through the crack of the wall and has a place to drain into a basement waterproofing system.
Roxane & Loren of Nicollet, MN weren't happy with the look of their basement windows and decided to add new windows to their complete basement waterproofing and foundation project we completed for them.
Basement windows are an important element in a basement to add some natural light. Our EverLast Basement Windows are energy efficient, all vinyl. The new windows look much better and don't let wind in and have double-pane glass.
Roxane & Loren of Nicollet love how clean their basement looks now. Complete Basement Systems transformed the look of their basement with the CleanSpace Wall System installed on their old stone foundation walls and WaterGuard drainage system to prevent water seepage.
