A Norwood Young America resident reached out to us regarding water seepage in her basement. Additionally, she mentioned her dissatisfaction with her peeling and unsightly walls. Our Design Specialist Ronald was sent out to assess the situation and offer suitable solutions.
After discussing the options, they agreed to proceed with a complete waterproofing system to prevent any further water issues in the basement. They also decided to install a CleanSpace Wall System to maintain the walls.
Our installation team started with installing the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard is a non-clogging piping system that drains into the SuperSump Sump Pump to remove the water and keep your basement dry. The SuperSump system is the most reliable available. It includes a high-end Zoeller cast iron pump, a WaterWatch Alarm that will alert you if water rises above the point the pump should turn on, a SuperLiner with 96 holes that allow water to flow in directly from below the floor, and the airtight lid that keeps moisture from evaporating into your basement, as well as keeps out bugs, odors, and radon gas.
The CleanSpace Wall System they put up is a strong, bright liner that stops water vapor from permeating the walls, and drain wall leaks into the WaterGuard. It is installed with permanent drilled-in fasteners. It conforms to bumpy walls and is easily washable to create a nice, clean surface.
This system will give the homeowner peace of mind that her basement will remain dry and safe for many years to come.
Here's a home that our crew installed a new TripleSafe Sump Pump in. This is a heavy duty pump that has three pumps to give you complete protection. If your first pump fails, the second one takes over. If your first pump cannot keep up, then it will add a more powerful second pump run at the same time- more than double capacity. If your power goes out, an Ultrasump Battery back-up pump takes over. The best part about it is that it's all automatic!
This homeowner called with a very common issue. They had an old wooden window well that needed to be replaced. The wood was rotting and starting to push in. We knew right away they would be great candidates for our RockWell Window Well.
When our Design Specialist Ryan met with the homeowners, he explained to them the benefits of the Rockwell. The Rockwell is a solid, one-piece design that effectively seals out moisture and soil made of reinforced plastic that won't corrode or deteriorate even in extreme weather. It is an attractive, maintenance-free product that looks like real stone. A huge improvement over rotting wood.
The homeowner agreed that this was the best option and our production team was sent out to install. The installation took only one day, and the homeowner had a beautiful, functional, and safe new window well to be proud of.
The Gariepy home in Cambridge got the works done on their basement. We installed a WaterGuard, TripleSafe Sump Pump, CleanSpace Crawlspace Encapsulation, and more! In the before photo you can clearly see the bottom of the concrete wall is leaky and damp. After, you will see our TripleSafe Sump Pump that was installed as well as where the WaterGuard runs with the new concrete beginning to cure on top.
Travis in Arlington, MN contacted Complete Basement Systems about installing an Egress Window. He had a small basement window there already and wanted to make it into an egress window.
Our Installation Team installed a beautiful RockWell Egress Window for Travis!
