A homeowner in Clear Lake, IA, knew it was time to repair their cracked and damaged walls. Knowing they could not repair it themselves, the homeowner began searching for a stabilizing solution. As soon as the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ryan, to begin his thorough investigation. Ryan took a close look at the wall and noticed the walls were beginning to bow inward. To stop the bowing from continuing, Ryan recommended installing 11 GeoLock Wall Anchors throughout the walls. The homeowner knew this was their best option, so they decided to go ahead with the recommendations. Next, Ryan passed the proposal off to our Logisitcs team to build and schedule the project. Our Logistics team finalized the plans, and then it was passed along to our Foreman, Matt, and his crew to begin. Matt and his crew traveled to Clear Lake and began the GeoLock installation. The crew installed all 11 GeoLocks on the cracked and bowing foundation. Once all the GeoLock Wall Anchors were secured, Matt and his crew were able to clean up their materials and leave the home. Our production team installed WaterGuard along the north perimeter of her basement and a feed line that leads under the concrete, to the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sump pump is our most reliable sump pump. Water seeping into the basement is now guided through the WaterGuard and feed line, to the sump pump. From there, the water is pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Our waterproofing system is protected by a lifetime warranty, so Darlene can rest easy knowing that her basement will remain dry!

The customer had water on the floor and wood paneling that was damaged from years of water damage. American Waterworks installed our patented waterproofing and wall system. 

A loyal client of American Waterworks contacted us for assistance in leveling off the concrete sidewalk leading up to the front porch of his home.  American Waterworks was able to lift and level the slabs with no trouble at all, using our patented PolyLEVEL concrete leveling solution.  For added protection and to prevent any further shifting, American Waterworks applied a joint sealant called Nexus Pro. 

Phillip W. in Red Wing, MN contacted American Waterworks after being referred by another contractor. He had water leaking into his basement through his foundation, and he was concerned about the health implications and damage it could cause. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Jeremy Radtke, to meet with him and propose a permanent solution for his home. Our Foreman, Cory Sather, and his production crew began the project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement to make a trench for our WaterGuard drainage system. Then, they installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump in the corner. They finished the project by filling back the gaps with rock, replacing the concrete, and cleaning up their work area. Phillip was pleased with the results and hasn’t had a drop of water in his basement since the installation!
