The crew that worked on our basement was great! They were professional and friendly. They cleaned up everyday after they were done and protected the surrounding area they were working in. They got the job done in the time frame allotted. We are happy with how it turned out! 

Things went very well right from the start. They phoned when they were en route what time they would arrive and once they did it took them a very short time to assess the job and they went to work. We were amazed at how fast and methodical the men worked explaining along the way how the work would progress and were happy to answer any questions we had and to address one small change that had to be made. After the job was done they did make a great effort to clean the area and asked us to do a walkthrough to make sure everything was done correctly or if there was anything more that could be done. We are extremely pleased with the work they did and would recommend American Waterworks to anyone with basement water problems. Thanks to Ryan for drawing up the plans and Tremaine and his two excellent co-workers for a job well done.

We chose to work with American Waterworks after seeing their design and estimate for our waterproofing project. All of the staff we had contact with were cordial and helpful. Our Design Specialist, Ryan, was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident with their decisions and labor work. The installation crew went to work immediately and did a great job! We were surprised by how great of a clean up they did! Our thank you to Ryan for creating a design that fit our need and to Tremaine and his crew for their very hard work, their excellent cleanup, and for answering all our questions along the way! American Waterworks should be proud of the installtion crew we had. They were very hard workers and great young men!

The office staff was very courteous and pleasant. The Service Technician was very professional, exlpained things clearly, and was not pushy. The cleanup was great! 10 out of 10.

They did a wonderful job!! We had drain tile put in and they had to jack hammer the old stuff up. They were very clean when they did their work. Very nice staff and wonderful to work with. Answered all our questions and then some!! They were in and out in 3 days. Highly recommend!!

I am a sales manager and have been for 20 years. My expectations of companies are through the roof if I am paying for a service. Never make anyone wait is my number one rule. Never let an email or phone call go unanswered within 30 minutes. Even if you have to call to say, "We are on it and will get back to you shortly." You guys from the point of sale, to the project being done, to the communication after, and this final email from you saying, "We got paid." is wonderful. We recently went with American Waterworks to fix our foundation. There was a bulge on one of the walls that made us very nervous that something bad was going to happen one day. We had a representative from American Waterworks come and look at the issue. He suggested that their geo-lock anchor system was the best route to take. We did have a few other companies come and look as well but we went with American Waterworks. And boy are we glad we did! The team was promptly on time and started to get to work right away. Throughout the time they were here they gave us updates about what they were doing, being very descriptive of the actions they were taking. The team was very professional and very awesome! Once they were finished they made sure to move back any objects they had to move and even cleaned up. They did such a great job! I highly recommend American Waterworks above any other company! We will continue to use them with any issues we have in the future. Once again, the whole team was very awesome!

We used American Waterworks to stabilize/lift our house due to settling/sinking footings. We had four estimates done with different companies before deciding on American Waterworks. From start to finish, we were impressed with the company. Richie was thorough and concise when informing us of what would need to be done, and explained the estimate to us in person. When the crew arrived, they were courteous and conscientious, and very hardworking. The Foreman, Ryan, kept us informed throughout every step of the project! We had 23 piers driven in and around our house to lift/stabilize. During the lift, they explained what to expect and took their time to be sure we were satisfied with the outcome. When it came to the last day of the project, they had all hands on deck and left our property looking way better than we had ever experienced after this huge project! Sam, the branch manager, made sure we were satisfied and happy customers before wrapping up the project! Thanks to American Waterworks for a job well done! 

We apprectiaed the team that came. They explained things clearly, worked well together and though they ran into a difficulty that extended the work load, they worked steadily throughout their time here. We appreciated their work and were very satisfied. The only concern for those having this kind of work done is to be very prepared for dust. Though they tried to contain it, it is part of the nature of jackhammering cement. Move anything moveable or tightly cover anything in the area, as it will save clean-up. The team did vacuum an clean the area. If you have basement water problems, we would definitely recommend American Waterworks! 

The team that came out to handle my basement work was professional and friendly. They answered all of my questions in a thoughtful manner. I have had work done by another major basement system company and I found American Waterworks to be more competitive in their pricing models and easier to work with. I could not hesitate to have them do more work in my home. 

I have had these structural issues with my home for many years and have tried different ways to fix the problems. The American Waterworks inspector took time to analyze the issues and develop a cost effective and efficient way to correct the problem once and for all. As a retired professional engineer myself, I am impressed with the results and am confident of their long term effects.

I was very impressed by the professionalism from everyone from the inspector to the foremen. I am completely satisfied with the installation process and outcome. My home is now stable and no longer sinking. I would highly recommend American Waterworks for anyone in the same situation
