American Waterworks did a fantastic job of sealing up my crawl spaces! Dylan was super helpful recommending the right products to help eliminate moisture, control radon and keep pest out of my crawl spaces. Dylan provided me with several options and explained the benefits and drawbacks of each approach. Dakota and Tyler came out on time and expertly completed the job. Dakota and Tyler asked me to review their work to ensure I was satisfied and didn’t leave until I fully inspected everything. I can't say enough about how great the crew was to work with. Dylon, Jonathan, Corey, and Carlos were all so pleasant and professional. Any questions that we had wrere quickly answered, they all kept us informed about what they were doing and what was going to happen next. I appreciated the respect that the guys showed me, my husband, our home, and even our dog! But the best news is... The basement is already noticeably drier and doesn't smell must anymore! My basement was a large project which I contracted in Jan. 2019. I was scheduled for Apr. 29 - May 3rd which is exactly when the work was done according to schedule! Everyone from American Waterworks acted in a very professional manner. I was extremely pleased with the finished project!!

 My Design Specialist, Jared, was very knowledgeable and respectful, and took the time to show us all of our options! My installation crew was great too. They were very respectful and fast! They went above and beyond for us! You have a great company with great workers all around! Incredible warranty as well! We could not be happier! 

The system that American Waterworks installed over a year ago has kept my basement from further water damage and has given me peace of mind whenever it rains. I chatted briefly with Shane at the home show at TCF Bank Stadium and he didn't have the pressure switch that we feel with so many other contractors. His in-home presentation was clear and easy to understand. We didn't sign up initially because we always get additional quotes. We felt confident in the quality of the product, experience, and warranty!  Tremaine and the two other guys with him worked very hard all day with a very short lunch break. They answered all the questions we had and explained the various products that were installed. We were also satisfied with the clean up! They hung up a plastic barrier so that the dust from jack hammering wouldn't travel through the house. We were impressed.   

We chose to work with American Waterworks after being referred to them by a friend. The office staff was excellent, easy to work with, and called ahead to confirm our appointments, which was much appreciated! The Design Specialist, Shane, was also excellent! He explained things well, walked us through the process, allowed us time to process, and was available via text when we had questions about the prepwork. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The installation crew, led by Juan, was excellent! All the guys were friendly, worked diligently, answered questions, and were very respectful about protecting our home from dust etc. The cleanup was great! We could not have been more pleased with our interactions with everyone involved with our waterproofing project. Thank you American Waterworks!

I had three companies provide estimates for work that needed to be done at our family lake home. From the very start, American Waterworks was clearly the best choice. Ryan was very knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to perform a thorough inspection and walk us through the recommended solutions. He came prepared with handouts and videos that showed exactly what the work would look like, and left us with a bid that day so we knew exactly how much it would cost. The crew that arrived to perform the work was great. They were all very courteous, and their experienced showed in the work. Overlal, top-notch company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone in need of basement/foundation/floor work. 

Jeremy did a good job presenting the process and the installation.  Had a question regarding final payment and they handled it well.  The installation crew was very professional. All knew what they needed to do and got it done. Hope they are getting paid well as they deserve it.

I've had the American Waterworks foundation repair system in my home for a few years. The office staff is always great on the phone and very  helpful. The design specialist and service technicians are very pleasant to talk to. When the crew installed my project, they were very diligent about their work. The service technicians that have been to my home since the installation have all been very courteous and good about answering my questions.
