This 1960's home in Duluth, MN was in the process of being sold to new owners. Because there were some cracks in the basement walls, the owners agreed to repair the foundation before selling. With the help of their real estate agent, they contacted DBS for a free, no-obligation estimate.

Zach Royer and his crew excavated the exterior of the home in order to perform a lift procedure. Our team installed 6 push piers total at the base of the home on the exterior of the home. These galvanized steel piers were then hydraulicaly driven into the ground to weight-bearing soils. The weight of the home was then transferred to the competent soil.
