They installed a PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System, attaching steel I-beams to the concrete floor and the basement rim joists. This PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System, is meant to support walls from further movement and can be tightened over time, in order to restore the walls to their original position. The PowerBrace™ beams are zinc-plated and backed with a 75-year warranty against movement. Additionally, they installed 2 GeoLock™ earth anchors were recommended to stabilize the failing partially underground walls.
